Course Objectives
This is a 300-level special topics management course for Loyola undergraduate students seeking an introduction to or an expansion of their knowledge in these areas: St. Ignatius of Loyola, Ignatian values, management, organizations, leadership, self-exploration, self-awareness, and cultivating global awareness and mindset through localized experience.
This course appeals to students interested in learning more about leadership, change, and management subjects with a Jesuit approach and through a Jesuit lens. Additionally, this course is suitable for students committed to cultivating their own leadership style through field and personal exploration.
