This modern studio, located in a student-only building in central Granada, is the perfect spot to study, relax, and live your best life! You’ll have your own bedroom. kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, and study space. Plus, you’ll be living in the building with other American, International, and Spanish students, giving you the opportunity to build new relationships and create lifelong memories.
With its central location, you’ll have the freedom to explore the city center by foot and soak up all it has to offer.
This option requires an additional charge, which will be added to your total program cost.

Make yourself at home in your shared or private bedroom in a historic student residencia, located in central Granada! A residencia combines the benefits of a student-only experience with great services like regular room cleaning and meals. Similar to a traditional boarding house, a residencia may accommodate anywhere between 10-30 international or Spanish students who share communal living and study spaces and bond over shared meals in the dining room. With its central location, you’ll have the freedom to explore the city center by foot and soak up all it has to offer. Plus, residencias are staffed by locals providing you the opportunity to practice the language and enjoy your time abroad!
Some students may be placed in nearby apartments that are operated by a Residencia and will enjoy all of the same services, including onsite meals.

Live like a local in a historic, serviced apartment in Granada! These apartments are ideal for students who prefer to live independently, and still enjoy services like meals and regular cleaning. They are typically operated by locals who own a handful of apartments; expect to see your apartment host, as they’ll be providing you with meals and coming in regularly to clean the unit.
Study and relax in your shared or private room and hangout with your roommates in comfy common spaces. Rooms will only be shared by API students, but apartments may be shared by locals. Share a bedroom or opt for a bit more privacy in a private room (for an additional fee).
