Study and relax in your shared or private room, cook your own meals in your shared kitchen, and unwind with your roommates in thoughtfully designed common spaces. While all apartments in a historic city like Madrid are unique, expect elevated amenities, modern design, or a killer location.
Share a bedroom or opt for a bit more privacy in a single room (for an additional fee), among 2-8 roommates. Though you will live with other students, your neighbors will be locals.
Explore this walkable city, discover local hot spots, and travel to and from campus in the same style as locals using Madrid’s great public transit.

This private room with an ensuite bathroom, located in a modern student-only Residencia in central Madrid, is the perfect spot to study, relax, and live your best life! A residencia combines the benefits of a student-only experience with great services like regular room cleaning and daily meals. You’ll live with other students and share communal living and study spaces and bond over shared meals in the dining room. You’ll be surrounded by American, International, and Spanish students, giving you the opportunity to build new relationships and create lifelong memories. Located in a prime location with convenient public transit nearby, you’ll have easy access to your university and other neighborhoods, making it the perfect location to explore and enjoy everything the city has to offer!

Make yourself at home in your shared or private room in a historic student residencia, located in central Madrid! A residencia combines the benefits of a student-only experience with great services like regular room cleaning and meals. Similar to a traditional boarding house, a residencia may accommodate anywhere between 20-100 international or Spanish students who share communal living and study spaces and bond over shared meals in the dining room. With easy access to public transit, you’ll have the freedom to explore the city center and soak up all it has to offer. Plus, residencias are staffed by locals providing you the opportunity to practice the language and enjoy your time abroad!
This option includes all the essentials for a safe and comfortable journey abroad. Shared rooms are included in the program price or upgrade to a private room for an additional fee.

Within your local host’s home, you may share a room with another student or have a room to yourself! In your room, you’ll have a cozy bed and a place to store your clothing. Within the home, you’ll have access to a shared bathroom and study area!
