Sociology Global Internship
Intern in Santiago, Chile & Earn UCSC Credit in 2024!
Internships are customized according to your career interests and skills. You will earn UCSC credit, by enrolling in the SOCY 193I Sociology Global Internship, which will complement your experience and support a successful internship. You will intern approximately 25 hours per week and should expect to spend an additional 12.5 hours per week on coursework for SOCY 193I.

- Complete the SOCY Global Learning Application in the Global Learning Portal by the above deadline.
- After you have been accepted into the program, you will begin working with our internship partner API on your placement. The deadline to withdraw from the program is March 1, 2024.

- A passport valid for at least six months after the program’s end date.
- Internship Goals Reflection Worksheet (download fillable PDF)
- Signed Financial Terms and Conditions Document (download fillable PDF)
