Program Summary
Unleash your taste buds in Argentina!
Famous for their savory steaks and local wines, be prepared to be enthralled because Argentina beckons for an unforgettable study abroad experience.
The vibrant capital of Buenos Aires has European roots, with its grand plazas and a fusion of neoclassical and Spanish colonial architecture that would not be uncommon to see in Rome or Barcelona. What sets this city apart is buena onda, or good vibes, with its al fresco cafes, museums, and distinct neighborhoods to explore, each with its own personality and mystique. Outside of the bustle of the city, you’ll discover the Gaucho culture on an authentic cattle ranch.
In Mendoza, situated in the backdrop of the Andes Mountains, world-renowned wineries abound; however, where grapes will grow, olives will too. Because of its high quality, the extra virgin olive oil produced in this region has recently received a seal of quality that protects it from imitation or counterfeiting.
